Welcome to C-US-CHANGE (“Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Not engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive.
Not post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Not harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
Not use automated means (e.g., bots, spiders) to access the Platform.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Platform (“User Content”).
By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

6. Content Restrictions

When using C-US-CHANGE, you agree to adhere to the following content guidelines. The following types of posts are strictly prohibited:

Misinformation: Any content that knowingly spreads false, misleading, or deceptive information.
Religion and Politics: Posts that focus on promoting religious or political ideologies, opinions, debates, or campaigning are not allowed.
Pornography: Content that includes or promotes explicit sexual material, nudity, or sexually suggestive content.
Violent or Hateful Content: Any posts that promote hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other discriminatory grounds.
Illegal Activities: Posts promoting or encouraging illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, violence, or hacking.
Spam, deceptive advertising, or fraudulent schemes.
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights, that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination, and content that encourages or engages in illegal activity.
Other Prohibited Content: Any other posts or media that C-US-CHANGE deems harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for the platform’s community.

C-US-CHANGE, Insightica LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously infringe upon these guidelines.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Platform or its users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Insightica LLC, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform’s content without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insightica LLC and C-US-CHANGE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Insightica LLC regarding the use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
